Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy for Plants - One-to-One Refund
Thank you for choosing our plants! We strive to provide you with healthy and vibrant plants, but we understand that occasionally a plant may not arrive in optimal condition. This Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may be eligible for a one-to-one refund.
Definition of Dead on Arrival (DOA): A plant is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) if it arrives in a severely damaged or non-viable state. This includes, but is not limited to, wilting, discoloration, or any other condition that renders the plant non-functional upon delivery.
Reporting Dead on Arrival: Please report any Dead on Arrival plants within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Contact our customer service team at meandleaf@gmail.com and provide your order number, a clear photo of the plant in its original packaging, and a detailed description of the issue.
One-to-One Refund: Upon receiving the unopened returned Dead on Arrival plant, we will evaluate the condition and issue a one-to-one refund or provide a replacement plant of equal value. If you choose a replacement, we will ship it at no additional cost. The final refund decision will be made by the company.
Condition of the Plant: The returned plant must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging. Any opened or repackaged plants will not eligible for a refund.
Exclusions: This Dead on Arrival policy does not cover issues that arise after the product is unsealed or taken out from the original packaging.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our plants, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this Dead on Arrival policy.
