Marsilea hirsuta, commonly known as hairy water clover, is a favored choice in aquascaping for its diminutive size and appealing leaf structure. This plant is ideal for achieving a natural, carpet-like effect in aquariums, especially those designed to mimic aquatic or marshland environments. To ensure successful cultivation of Marsilea hirsuta in an aquarium setting, it's important to consider the following care guidelines:
- Native: Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
- Light Requirement: Moderate to High
- CO2 Requirement: Optional
- Position: Foreground or Midground
Product Information
Product comes in translucent plastic box as per shown in picture above with the dimension of:
- Height: 5.5 cm
- Width: 5.5 cm
- Weight : 100g
Product Instruction
1) Open the box and gently remove the plant from the water gel.
2) Rinse the plant under water to clear away any gel residue.
3) Position the plant in your aquarium, using rocks or another medium to keep it in place.
